Steve Negrini - General Manager

Steve Negrini is a 55 year old dynamic, hands on leader with over 30 years of operational experience. Steve was a multi-plant manager for Thomas and Betts from 1999 to 2003. Steve's Plant responsibilities included a Die Cast Plant in Boston, Injection Molding Plant in Orange and a Die Cast, Assembly, Paint and Packaging plant in Monterey Mexico.

Prior to Thomas and Betts, Steve worked for an electrical manufacturer, L.E. Mason Company, for 25 years in several capacities including Sales, Marketing and Operations.

Steve, for the last 5 years, operated his own Automotive Business that he opened in 1983 but was an absentee owner of.

Steve's accomplishments include the complete set up of the facility in Monterey Mexico and two successful million dollar turn around efforts at two of his plants. Steve has several years of experience with Lean Manufacturing and understands the Continuous Process Improvement.

Steve graduated Northeastern University, Boston MA. In 1975 with a B.S. degree in Business Management and Marketing.

Steve's passion outside of work is driving an NHRA Super Stock Race Car.

He has a wife, two girls and a grand daughter.
