Warranty Policy

Jennings Technology, committed to producing and manufacturing superior quality products, leads the industry in offering a 2 YEAR WARRANTY. Jennings vacum capacitors and relays come with a standard 2 year warranty policy, additionally the other products manufactured by Jennings; Interrupters, Contactors, and Coaxial relays have a standard 1 year warranty.

Jennings warrants that at the time of shipment the products manufactured are free from defects in material and workmanship. However, Jennings is prepared to replace or repair any product proven defective and protected by the warranty. (See restrictions and limitations below.)

Jennings Technology Warranty Policy

A) Warranty: In compliance with Jennings' warranty policy, Jennings assures that at the time of shipment the products manufactured and sold by Jennings will be free of defects in material or workmanship. In addition the products sold will conform to the specifications furnished by and approved in writing by Jennings. This warranty will cover Capacitors and Relays for two years and Interrupters, Contactors, and Coaxial Relays for one year. Warranty on the product begins on the day the product is received by the customer.

B) Warranty Adjustment

If any defect appears during the two year warranty the purchaser shall notify the seller immediately.

Jennings will agree to repair or furnish a replacement for any product which is proven defective within the time of warranty. However, the product must first undergo inspection by Jennings who will conduct tests and an examination of the suspect product. Jennings will not be responsible for reinstalling the product.

No product will be accepted for return or replacement without the written authorization of Jennings. Once authorized in accordance with Jennings the product will be returned to Jennings in which the shipping charges will be prepaid by the purchaser.

C) Warranty Exclusions


Jennings Technology is not liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages or loses or for loss, damage or expense directly or indirectly that should arise from the use of the products or any inability to use them separately or in combination with any other equipment or material or from any other cause.

The warranty will not cover any product manufactured that has been misused, neglected or has been subjected to an accident, improper installation or has been used in violation to Jennings' instructions.

The warranty does not apply to any unit which has been repaired or altered at a place other than Jennings' factory or by persons approved by Jennings.

Warranty does not apply to any unit where the serial number has been removed, defaced, or changed.

Warranty applies to new equipment only and will cover repaired items for the warranty period of the product.
